Managing Director – Tracey Stoute

 

Tracey Stoute (b.1963) is the founding member of eightsixthree. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Architecture, followed by his Diploma in Architecture and his Professional Practice Certificate in 1991 from the Polytechnic of Central London (University of Westminster). 

He has worked with the architectural practices of Zaha Hadid in London, and Sir Norman Foster & Partners in London, Tokyo and Hong Kong where he came in 1993 as part of a team responsible for the setting up of the Foster Asia office, a small satellite office that ran parallel to the Airport Consortium team.  Later, Tracey joined Liang Peddle Thorp (now known as Aedas) as a senior project architect for the MTRC Siu Ho Wan Depot building, responsible for the production of design development and documentation.

In 1997, he joined Wong Tung & Partners as a Senior Project Architect where he worked for over 5 years, graduating to Chief Project Architect responsible for design development and documentation on a variety of projects. Tracey joined Atelier Pacific in the summer of 2003 where he acted as the Project Architect on a number of Louis Vuitton stores in both the PRC and Seoul South Korea.

In June 2006 Tracey left Atelier Pacific to found eightsixthree Ltd.
